Renault Pro+ has launched a striking Black Edition of its award-winning New Trafic commercial vehicle featuring exclusive design touches and the latest convenience technologies as standard.

Available in Panel Van and Crew Van versions, the new edition features black alloy wheels, Black Edition badging, Black Edition graphics, piano black grille surround, piano black styling blade in lower grille and body-colour side mouldings. The Black Edition is also available in a selection of exterior colours including Urban Grey, Mercury, Glacier White and Jet Black.

Several technologies are made standard on the Trafic Black Edition, delivering greater convenience and enhanced comfort for driver and passengers. The rear parking camera makes it easier for the driver when attempting to manoeuvre the Trafic in tight situations and means they don’t have to rely solely on the rear parking sensors and wing mirrors. The climate control settings ensure the cabin is always at the right temperature.

Customers can choose between the efficient 2.0-litre ENERGY dCi 145 turbodiesel, capable of returning up to 52.3mpg and CO2 emissions from 188g/km (WLTP), and the more powerful 2.0-litre ENERGY dCi 170, which can achieve up to 51.4mpg and from 187g/km CO2 (WLTP) Both engines are available with a manual gearbox or six-speed EDC automatic transmission.

The new Trafic model benefitted from significant changes in 2019. Exterior design has been updated to include full-LED headlamps in the C-shaped lighting signature as well as a bolder grille. The interior features a more car-like dashboard for a premium uplift while the latest technology includes the availability of Android Auto and AppleCarplay on the MediaNav Evolution with multitouch screen. The latest range of engines also provide competitive running costs with increased performance.

There will also be the opportunity to add a specific Black Edition Bodykit to the Trafic, which features a lower front bumper, side skirts and roof spoiler. This enhances the look of the Black Edition, giving a sporty, more dynamic appearance. Other accessories can be added to personalise the vehicle for its specific need.

The Trafic Black Edition is the latest vehicle from Renault’s dedicated LCV-orientated Pro+ brand. The brand offers vehicles to suit businesses of all sizes supported by a network of dedicated Pro+ specialist dealerships.
